Front Squats + Split

5 Sets

2 Front Squats + 1 Split Jerk

Start @ 70% of your 1RM Clean and Jerk and go up

Metcon (No Measure)

3 SETS

1 Minute Handstand hold

15 Strict Pull ups (use a band if needed)

50′ walking lunge (25′ there and back) with 50#/35# dumbbell on shoulders

Rest 2 Min in between each set
