At The UnderBox, members work in a motivational group setting with specialized coaches to engage in functional movements that create faster results than typical training programs allow. We offer 5 classes and 3 open gym times daily, more than any other group training gym in the area. We have a great program that is designed for any and all skill levels; to the beginners who need scaled options to the more advanced who are looking for that next challenge and want to break through barriers. We consider our members family and our gym a second home and we want you to be apart of it.
