200 M SPRINT/ rest

AT THE 15 MIN MARK until 35 MINUTES (20 MIN EMOM/ 5 RDS EACH!)

Station 1: 12/10 CAL ROW

Station 2: 10 Bar Facing Burpees

Station 3: 5 Pull ups and 20 Air Squats

Station 4: 20 Push Presses 75/55

This WILL be tough. If you cannot keep up with the reps you need to go down on reps. You’re welcome.
