Underbox CF – CrossFit

Back Squat (5×5 @ 78%-80%)

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

3 minutes on, 1 minute off for 4 sets:

50 Double Unders

15 OH Squats 95/65

10 Chest to bar Pull ups

Within the remaining 3 Minutes, do as many burpees as possible. Your score will be your burpees. If you are not getting any burpees then you need to scale the weight, then reps.
